San Jose, Ca- June 13, 2007 - Athletic Nation Men's Personal Training Gyms announced the opening of its first franchise gym in the state of Texas.
The franchise owners are a father and son team, Roger & Travis Ortmayer of Cypress, a suburb of Houston.
Roger, the amazingly fit 60 year old father will run the day to day operations of the Athletic Nation Gym while Travis, 24 years old (pictured above) tours the world competing in the "World's Strongest Man" circuit. Travis holds the world-record time in the "Ring of Stones" Atlas Stones event.
The decision to go with Athletic Nation was based on the Ortmayers passion for a SERIOUS approach to training men in the 30-60 year demographic. After reviewing other concepts they quickly came to the conclusion that Athletic Nation was the right business decision.
